What about tuition fees?There aren't any. Nelson Mandela School is a state school and does not charge tuition fees. However, state funds are limited, and the school requirements are high. Therefore, most parents become a member of Friends of Nelson Mandela school or donate money to the school. Note: In the upper secondary school, students doing the International Baccalaureate (IB) are required to pay their examination costs (currently EUR 900). Additionally, there are mandatory costs for IB-specific books and equipment of around EUR 750.
